Daily - $25 with tax $27.70
Weekly - $150 with tax $166.18
Monthly - $455 no tax, $50 application fee
Daily/Weekly rent includes: Water, sewer, trash, electric.
Monthly rent includes: Water, Sewer, Trash, Cable, and starting February 2022, electricity will be billed according to AMP usage If more than 2 people will be living in the RV, an additional charge of $25/per person will be added to the Rent.
Deposits
Mailbox Key - $20 (refundable)
Cable Box - $75 per cable box kit (refundable)
NO WIFI IN PARK. NO REFUNDS ON RENT.
